KEL-2000C High-Precision Temperature Controller used for Biological Microscopes

KEL-2000C Microscope Temperature Controller is a high-precision and high-reliable temperature antu control instrument which adopts domestic leading fuzzy logic control technology, P,I,D control technology, all electronic solid module technology. KEL-2000C has novel design, simple structure, convenient operation and shielding function. The temperature can be maintain for a long time if necessory, ≤ 0.1° . The heating body adopts platinum-rhodium wire with long service life and good performance. The sealing hole is made of porous ceramic technology with good safeyy performance. This instrument is heated through up & down heating.

The control system of the controlled object workbench is composed of GWCK digital display temperature control instrument, GWCK power module and sensor. When the controlled object is below the set temperature, the yellow single light is flashing, so that it is in the state of heating. When the set temperature range is reached and the green single light flashes, it is in the state of insulation. The buttons of “Temperature Setting” & “Setting, Display” are set below the digital display screen on the instrument panel for adjusting the temperature.

Insert the heated sample into the heater, and putting the heater on the microcsope mechanical stage, and then clamp it with the slice clamp
Insert the wire into the output interface of the temperature controller(align the core wire and make a firm connection)
Press the “power switch” button at the back of the panel, and the preset temperature will be displayed at the temperature controller
If you want to set a specific temperature, the operation method is: press the “S/C” button, and the controller will display the stature of setting temperature; reaching the specific you required by adjusting the “temperature setting” button, press the “S/C” button after conpleting the above operation, and the controller will be the stature of temperature measurement. Meanwhile, you can see the temperature controller gradually rise/ fall to the temperature you set before. When reaching the set temperature, the green single light will flash constantly, at that time, you can operate the study.
