Operate Principle

The instrument X-5 adopts the form of man-machine dialogue to output parameters, using prompts for dataing. The instrument adopts the most advanced ATMEL single chip microcomputer as the main machine, which reduces the peripheral parts and improves the reliability. The power supply adopts professionally designed anti-interference circuit to eliminate the interference of power frequency and current radiation, and adopts high precision voltage stabilizing integrated circuit.

Instrument with single-chip microcomputer as the core, with the adjustment of buttons, digital tube and other peripheral components. The input signal is converted into moderate voltage signal by the signal regulator (amplifier and filter circuit), which has good stability and linearity. After the level digital signal is restored to the corresponding measured parameter value signal, it is sent to the digital tube for display. The PC can output the corresponding numerical quantity through PID adjustment, according to the temperature control quantity deviation.
